Proalfa has been entered into the FSB (Federation Of Small Businesses) Hertfordshire Smal Business awards and have been shortlisted as finalsists innot one, but two categories!

As Proalfa is still a young company we are extremely proud to have achieved finalist status so early on.

The first category is Best New Business, and we are extremely gratefull and proud that the judges have acknowledged the hard work and effort that has been put into starting Proalfa and getting it to where it is.

The second category is Service Excellence, at Proalfa our main aim is that our customers are happy and do whatever we can to help them. People appreciate their car being washed and hoovered on collection and always thank us for that, but to us its a bare minimum standard we should be delivering to our customers. This is shown in the feedback we recieve from our customers also.

We would also like to thank all of our customers and everyone that has supported Proalfa and been enthusiatic/ positive  and supportive of what we have been working towards.

Both me and Luis will be attending the FSB Hertfordshire Small Business Gala Awards Ceremony on the 13th May at Tewinbury Farm, to find out if we have won, so we will keep you posted. Wish us luck!
